When we are in meeting and deciding on getting a website done more often then not the prospects are not really inserted in getting a website made for their business. Instead they are interested in getting a website made for Google. It goes like, what ever you do just make sure we are the first results on Google for every keyword we want. My response to them generally is to focus on the job at hand and not think about the search engines at this point, just think about what will make your website appeal to your customers and half the battle is won, as for the search engines we make sure the best practices are followed and they are fed what they want “Valuable Unique Content”.
